Welcome to the first KBC Inc. Design/Build Remodeling Newsletter. KBC was established in February of 1987. From 1987 to 1997 we worked for custom home builders. In 1997 we incorporated and became a full service remodeling company.

Current Project Info

This 3,700 square foot addition is located in Springfield Township. Full basement will be used as a cat kennel business. First floor will have a new kitchen, full bathroom, art room, florida room and family room. The new master bedroom suite will be on the second floor with full bath and walk in closet.

Q: What is Design/Build?

A: Design/Build is a one-stop shopping approach to remodeling. KBC is hired to do everything from design, and working drawings, to project management and production. KBC works with architect and client as a team. This approach can be applied to small projects such as decks, and large projects, like whole house remodeling.
