Welcome to the KBC Inc. Design/Build Remodeling Newsletter.  KBC was established in February of 1987.  From 1987 to 1997 we worked for custom home builders.  In 1997 we incorporated and became a full service remodeling company.

This 1,120 square foot addition is located in Western Hills on Van Blaricum Road.  Addition is

on crawl space.  New kitchen, family room,

dining room, half bath and laundry room. 

Second floor has new master bedroom suite

with full bath and walk-in closet.

 

FAQ Corner

Q:  How often should you clean and seal your deck?

 

A:  Pressure treated decks should be cleaned and sealed every 1-2 years.  This will help retain the natural wood grain and delay the aging process.  Composite decks should be cleaned every 1-2 years.  Most composite decking manufacturers have their own website and have recommended cleaning procedures.
