Dear Ken,
Dona and I could not be happier with our bathroom remodel. Your employees
were professionals who consulted with us during the entire process. Your
workers cleaned up after each day's work and scheduled each phase of the
remodel so that our bathroom was useable during the entire remodel. The
detailing was superb and we are proud of the completed work. We have
certainly gotten our money's worth. The end result is a a visual testimony
to true craftsmanship.

When I
think of all the projects you and the crew have done for us both
inside and out I'm amazed at the wonderful changes up dating our
home over the years.
You
started with our deck/carport which is awesome for our summer pool
parties. When our family grew you added two closets including a
cedar closet. Storage is always a welcome addition to any home.
We've enjoyed our new kitchen going on 3 years now and I was
thrilled to see John back on the job this week as the dining room is
coming together.
All of the
guys you have sent to our home have been courteous and
professional. This is something that is always important when
inviting contractors into our home. Last but not least the finished
product has been premium workmanship with every project!

Ken,
I don’t think
you guys could have done a better job repairing my house and shed. I
really appreciate the time you took to get back with me right away in
the beginning, and then assisting me by working with my insurance
company as the process continued. Your crew was very respectful of our
property, cleaning up all debris daily, and our dog, making sure fence
gates were shut so she wouldn’t wander off. Your guys did a great job; I
think the siding looks better than it did when it was originally done 7
years ago. They even noted to my wife how one of our circuits in our
breaker panel should probably be updated. We are considering putting in
a kitchen island this spring and I will surely be giving you a call for
an estimate, maybe I’ll have you look at that circuit at the same time.
Again, thanks so much for all your work and your crew’s work. I would
definitely recommend your company to anyone I know needing construction
services.

master bathroom. We love it. Alicia says the new shower makes her feel

Thank you for speaking to the class this past Tuesday. I appreciate
your taking the time to explain adaptive items which can enable
Seniors to remain in their own home. The class gained many valuable
insights. I'm confident they will also tell their friends and

KBC completed installing a French Door at our home in Springfield
Township in September '06. Besides the fact that Ken and his work
crew were very friendly and courteous, they did a great job! We
"love" our new back door.
Our window to door transition had us a little worried because our
home is brick cinder block construction. They put our concerns to
rest and installed the door at a reasonable expense. This was very
important for us. Communications before and during the job were
also excellent.
If you have a remodeling project, big or small, check them out.
It's good to find and know a contactor that fulfills their word. A
very good company.

KBC just completed
their second large project for us. Three bathrooms were remodeled at the
same time and nearly all of the work was done while we were out of town.
Ken and his team once again worked to accommodate both our schedules and
special requests. I continue to recommend them for their overall value,

beautifully completing a basement remodeling project for us a few years ago,
KBC also recently did a small "handyman" type job for us. The final result
was excellent! Having KBC do it saved me time that I put toward other
activities, and it avoided me dealing with the typical
frustrations of a seemingly "little" job that somehow always turns out to be

right, he calls so we can go over it. He is very conscientious of cost
and keeping them in line with the budget and his guys are very detailed
